Terms of Service, in plain words

Who runs this site

Kaboom Together is operated by Obrigato Labs LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Free to play, with ads

Kaboom Together is free. It is supported by short ad breaks before some rounds. See the privacy page for how ads and data are handled.

Play fair

Do not use cheating tools or scripts that disrupt other players or the service. Do not choose names that are abusive, hateful or impersonate others. The host of a room may remove players, and we may block anyone who abuses the service.

Content and ownership

The game, its art, rules and code belong to Obrigato Labs LLC. Names of other products and companies belong to their owners. Kaboom Together is independent and is not affiliated with any other game or its makers.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, contact Obrigato Labs LLC through obrigatolabs.com with details of the material and your claim. We will review it promptly and act where appropriate.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Obrigato Labs LLC is not liable for losses arising from using it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play means you accept it.
